Each year, Université Laval organizes a 10 km run supported by RBC. The 2019 edition was about innovation and inclusion, since Kartus was there! Thanks to the Shared Runs, this weekly gathering, Kartus was able to establish contact with the organization. The Shared Runs of Quebec are held every Wednesday, near the Saint-Charles River: come and see!
All in all, 7 runners and co-runners participated in the event. Philip Oligny, the founder and designer of Kartus, also ran with Sébastien Dion:

“Running in organized events like the 10 km brings another dimension to the duo races, it gives us momentum and it makes us run faster. [I] had a lot of fun with Sebastien, the encouragement of the runners over the course and the spectators gave us wings. “
The excitement was felt by many participants, including the President of the Shared Runs, Alexandra Côté-Lavoie:
“My 10km, I did it by flying! Danielle, my co-runner, gave me wings. She encouraged me all along the way and pushed me to surpass myself! The false rising dishes, I have traveled without even losing my breath thanks to the energy of the fans and the encouragement of other runners. The pride of having shared this race still gives me chills, the feeling of accomplishment is indescribable. “

Father and son
David Béland and his father, Mario, overcame the challenge of the race with flying colors. David is an experienced athlete with a degenerative disease: for him, the Kartus MKII is a great way to continue to experience the excitement of sport. Mario Béland was very moved by the joy of his son: the duo also made the subject of a TVA report, to watch here.To highlight the 10 km, David Béland chose custom-made wheel covers for his team preferred. Whatever your idea, Kartus can realize it!
