Return Policy

For an exchange :

Orders placed in Quebec are eligible for an exchange in store credit within 30 days of purchase. Write to us at info@kartus.ca with all the details. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a credit for the full amount of your purchase. Please see the rules and exclusions below for more details.

For a refund:

Orders placed in Quebec can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Write to us at info@kartus.ca with all the details. You will be able to obtain a prepaid label for a fixed shipping fee deducted from the refund or arrange the shipment yourself. Upon receipt, Kartus Chairs will issue a full refund less any applicable shipping charges. Please see the rules and exclusions below for more details.

There is a problem with my order

If you received your article and something went wrong for the following reasons:

  • Damaged in the expedition
  • Missing Items / Additional Items / Incorrect Items Sent

Please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging and the shipping label to info@kartus.ca.

Be sure to include your order number and name, and our customer service representatives will work with you to correct the problem.

International Orders

Orders placed outside Quebec can be returned in new condition, in their original packaging within 30 days for a credit in store or a refund. Customers outside Quebec must arrange for return shipping. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Rules and exclusions

All returned items must be as new and in their original packaging. The items used are not eligible for refund and are subject to a re-stocking penalty.

Kartus reserves the right to refuse the return of any item, including, but not limited to, the following reasons:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional Items
  • Limited Edition / Limited Run Items

Shipping costs are not refundable

Order cancellations

Any order canceled prior to shipment or returned to Kartus Chairs due to delivery or rejection issues may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
