The 2019 experience of the Sherbrooke half-marathon proved to be fantastic. The riders enjoyed a great sunny interval, and Kartus carved a place in the heart of the event. In fact, more than a dozen Kartus MKII running chairs were on site, from all distances! The slippery roadway was not a challenge for the steering system and the running chair disc brakes. The day was held in a positivist atmosphere.
Part of the half-marathon was held in the same place as the Shared Runs, this weekly event that propels the runner community and co-runners. We remind you that these are always held Wednesday in Sherbrooke! For more information, visit their Facebook page.
A duo that stands out
The Kartus team made up of Julien Pinsonneault and Frédéric Demers made a name for themselves during the race. They completed the 5 km in 16 minutes 28 seconds! The team won third and fourth place. Such a determination and a real pleasure of the sport, that gives wings to Kartus. Another half marathon accomplished in a spirit of inclusion and community!
