We were in St-Jean-sur-le-Richelieu last Wednesday to run along the Richelieu river. We ran a distance of 7km with Carmen Lavoie and her daughter Maïka Gravel. Maïka was very happy to be able to accompany her mother when she left running. The mother-daughter duo are preparing for the Je Bouge Challenge in September when they will be registered for the 10km!
