After a long hiatus due to the shortage of parts, I’m glad to say that we’re back on track! We recently resumed the delivery of your beloved Kartus MKII.
Imagine buying a brand new puzzle only to find out that some important pieces are missing, and that most of the puzzle is completed without the satisfaction of finishing it. What a bummer! And how frustrating it is. That’s how we felt during the last year.
With the supply chain getting back to normal, we’re confident that we will be able to sustain constant production in the near future.
A huge thanks to our community
I have to thank our community and our valued customers who shared with us their smiles and their accomplishments throughout these hard times. Every message, picture, or shoutout helped us remember why we needed to wait through this storm. The impact that this product has on people’s lives is too great to give up. Some trusted collaborators were less supportive, but that’s just life. There will always be people doubting.

What to expect for 2023
We’re consolidating our production to make sure we’re able to meet the growing demand for our wheelchairs. We have invested in our inventory to help us manage any unforeseen event. As with any startup, there is some adjustment needed. You should also see more posts from us as we’re looking to reach more families, organizations, cities, and members of governments regarding the importance of inclusiveness, loneliness, and offering meaningful activities outdoors to each and everyone.
